So impressed! We bought the Solatice 3m x 4m pergola, it?s awesome! Ordered it in store at 1pm, it was delivered at 4:30pm and by 10pm it was up, secured to the patio, and we were enjoying a well deserved rest beneath it. It will take 2 of you to put it up, and you do have to be patient with the process - it fits together really well, you can tell it is a quality built item, and equally packaged well for shipping. Overall, we?re so impressed, both with the product and the team in the store who are always knowledgeable, friendly and share their expertise openly.

The gentleman I spoke to was so helpful, they didn't stock the camping gas canister we needed but he was still helpful finding us somewhere locally that did and also helping us open the device we had as we are totally new to camping! Fantastic customer service
