Visited today for fence panels, posts etc and Nikola and Josh were so amazing, helped me & my husband loads. Had it done through delivery and delivery charge was also very cheap. Would 100% recommend

What a bunch of clowns, went today to buy some timber, chopsaw didn't work, asked for hand saw as they have about 10. Was told not allowed due to safety, even before I used them multiple times. Advised by stuff to buy saw and cut in parking lot?
Next time will shop in proper construction shop.

Ordered something through B&Q app as the third part but order never arrived. Wasn't getting anywhere with Monster shop who was the seller. Constantly chasing them as too where my order was etc but had no luck. Popped into B&Q wellingborough and the lovely man ( Michael we think) Was so helpful and refunded me my money. A big thank you for all your help today.

A spacious and well-equipped construction store. A large selection of renovation products and accessories. Some departments are based only on basic assortments, no choice of colors, sizes or cooperating companies.
The staff is nice and friendly, willing to help. Some of the store staff are poorly educated in consulting and knowledge of the products on sale. They rely only on basic information. The rule is simple and quick: buy it and if it doesn't fit, return it.
The customer faces a big challenge to find the product exactly what they are looking for, and if not, they will have to make another trip by car and waste time returning items that do not fit.
From the perspective of well-read customers, this is a good store.
I recommend.
