Not good. Dirty and untidy. Very little vegetables and fruits. The manager needs to go to Kettering or Northampton to view how Aldi store can be organised and food displayed.

Carefull customer , not secure car parking . No cctv on parking. Someone damaged my car in car park. Asked Aldi manager for cctv give me rude answer. So carefull with rubbish management.

Watch Out This Aldi Car Park Is Managed By Parking eye Hi Sam Thanks for your message. We have this in place to protect our valued customers, making sure there is always a parking space in our car park for our shoppers. We have small car parks, and we don't want someone using the car park to pop into the local town when our customers need the space to do the weekly shop! Hope this helps. Thanks - Eilidh

Too busy, too many trolleys around, was missing things we wanted. Get served at supersonic speed, just a stressful experience all round.

saturday is the wrong day to be bringing pallets out and refilling shelves in store as is pretty crowded with shoppers, trolleys and hardly any space to walk along so difficult to get by due to staff and their pallet habits. Customers come first.

I have been to Aldi.for shopping today and the customer service was soo bad, I bought soo much food more then £120 ,I kindly asked for a trolley and I.was told we don't give trolleys here. I buy groceries in Asda,Lidl,Morrisons,Sainsbury etc I always ask.for trolleys when I buy so much. They don't hesitate but give witha smile.im.so disappointed in.Aldi honestly maybe this happened because I'm black.,the whole shop had other workers laughing ,only because of a trolley. This happened on 27 /11/2024 around 18:00hrs to 19:30 hrs
