Action2care have undoubtedly been the worst company I have worked for and I have 23years experience in care at varying levels including being a deputy manager of a learning disability home I have found the owner to be very abrupt and rude to staff and also proven to lie about a pay increase The service I worked for was never fully staffed and at times the care was left to the family The management changed 3 times in as many months and I found the new manager to be the most unsupportive I have ever had and when issues are raised with her nothing is resolved I would advise anybody considering working for Action2care to reconsider and go to a better company This wouldn't be difficult in my opinion
