Amazing afternoon tea in the cutest tearoom with very friendly staff ??

Took my my mum for afternoon tea today. The food was really very nice and plentiful. The staff were welcoming and very kindly moved us to an outside table as we found it too warm in the room where they had first laid the table. I felt it was good value and we couldn?t manage to eat everything so requested a box to take the rest home which the staff provided. The garden centre itself is quite small but does have a decent plant area, lots of pots to buy, a pet shop and a small gift shop. They do have a lot of summer houses and garden furniture on show. They also have animals eg rabbits, guines pigs, ducks, chickens, goats and a large tortoise and you can buy grain to feed the goats. I would definitely recommend the afternoon tea and the rest of the menu looks good as well.

Found this place on google near where I was working. Came for something to eat but got distracted by the animals in the garden center.Lovely place and surprisingly larger than it looks.I had a large breakfast. It was good quality food and all the staff have been very polite and helpful. Although short, I enjoyed my time there.Parking: Plenty of parking on site. There is even a car wash at the entrance if you want your car washed while you are here.Wheelchair accessibility: From what I have seen it appears that you could get around almost all of the site in a wheelchair. Some areas are accessible but are graveled so may be difficult for some but all amenities have paving.

No vegan options which was very disappointing. I enjoy visiting the garden centre but would be better if the tearoom catered for everyone

Lovely little tea room with lots of seating. A fab range of food and lots of drink choices. I'd say prices are average for somewhere like this. I will happily return here.

What's not to like, we like it, good selection of snacks and food, with polite staff and not that expensive. Coffee is very nice, and a relaxed area for eating and drinking. Well done.

Where do I start? Food fantastic. Had a Christmas diner. Not too much on the plate to overwhelm. Enough to eat and feel comfortable. Atmosphere superb. Friendly happy staff, couldn?t do enough to accommodate. Tables cleared quickly and efficiently, not leaving ?dirty plates? when making decisions about the next course. Couldn?t recommend the whole experience enough. A must go to place. THE TEA ROOM. Woodmeadow Garden Centre. Hannigton. A43.

Visited with my Mum today. Lovely, very reasonably priced tearoom. We had a tea and a coffee, in lovely China cups and a bacon roll each, which was delicious. Was a horrible rainy day today so didn?t get to enjoy seeing all the lovely animals that are there but worth going just for the the tearoom!!
