Not very good at helping people's who are bedbound. They leave you a month to SEE a Dr & a nurse phones who doesn't know your background (doesn't read your notes) left my husband needing urgent surgery after an phone consult and was given an appointment a month away! Dr Griffiths is the best one there.

Just wanted to highlight how good this surgery is! From reception, nurses and GPs. I have been very pleased with the mix of remote and in person assessments which have all been to a high standard. Thank you for your hard work.

I have had 15 years of amazing care at TMC and have nothing but positive feedback for the entire team. My named GP is brilliant and I have been fortunate to enjoy a genuine continuity of care. (I only wish I could say the same about our local pharmacy services. Get yourself together girls and boys, Sixfields is a bit of a trek!)

If I could give 0 I would. Their rudeness is just something else. We were really worried that our son had been constantly sick for 2 months so we came and stayed extra under out of hours. The nurse left mid conversation and slammed the door saying she?s got to be at home with her own children. Then the doctor kept saying how she always sees sick children and it?s normal when it?s your first child to not have as much knowledge. I asked for their safeguarding procedure and I was told I?ll be sent the practice manager?s number and I was advised they did everything I asked for including giving me an appointment.If you want the bare minimum feel free to register with this practice.

I would like to say how impresssed i am with Towcester Medical Centre and the Surgery at Paulspury thhey are excellent. I moved from Buckingham Swan Practixe (awful place). I can't praise this place more, polite always very heloful, much better than my previous practise.Thank you everyone .Veronica Gibbard.

WOULD PREFER TO PUT NIL STARS!Had an appointment with a "GP" on Friday 15 October. Left the appointment in tears after the "doctor" spent the appointment Googling my symptoms and reading the information to me (!) and told me my baby bump "looked all wrong". She didn't suggest I needed to see anyone about it though. She didn't have any medical knowledge and provided no reassurance whatsoever.At 28 weeks pregnant, this caused a great deal of upset and anxiety and my husband had to take me to the hospital to be checked - and they confirmed that there was absolutely nothing wrong and the baby bump looked perfectly normal.Left the appointment crying, and asked at reception to make a complaint. I was told the Practice Manager would call me Monday morning (today). No call received by 12:30 so I called to follow-up and spoke to a very rude, unsympathetic receptionist who also laughed at me on the phone.

When I moved to Towcester, 24 years ago, I was advised to register with this practice. I have never regretted it. The service has been nothing short of excellent. I still remember the slick operation for the flu vaccines, impressive isn't a big enough word.

The Doctors are nice but the practice overall is so reluctant to do any meaningful referrals (compared to other GP practices) that I can't justify giving it more than one star.
