I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by a young gentleman working on Easter Bank Holiday, 21st April, around 11 AM. Despite being on his own during a very busy period with a constant stream of customers coming in to refuel he handled everything with impressive efficiency.
When I arrived with a box of items for an Amazon return, I was genuinely amazed by how seamlessly he multitasked. He remained calm, polite, and incredibly professional throughout, all while managing a demanding workload with a genuine smile on his face. His positive attitude and dedication truly stood out.
It?s rare to encounter such commitment, especially on a bank holiday when most people would rather be at home. I want to say a big thank you for his help
I deeply appreciate it.
This young man is a credit to your team and absolutely deserves recognition, if not a promotion. Employees like him make a real difference.

every time I come at night and I do it every night, there is a problem to buy a coffee. either the machine is not working or they are cleaning the machine or something. I can never buy a coffee in this place. and the service at night is like a punishment. the worst station on my entire route at work

The guy on the night shift was more interested in ordering his chicken nuggets on the phone than serving me while I?m standing right in front of him waiting. Terrible service.

I driving Luton van, I stop this morning to buy some diesel, when i stop by pump and was ready to fill up diesel the guy from Kiosk name is Hamza told me I need to leave my fuel card to him, I not agree with that so he refuse to sell me a diesel.. Then I go to different pump and Hamza not required to leave any card to him before I fill up a tank of diesel.. The thing is he waste my time, not respect me us a customer, he even smiling and show I was wrong he was right... I'm not happy with that and if one more time they refuse to sell me diesel when I stop at any pump I change supplier, on my fuel card is full details long 16number security code also for that reason I not leave my card for any other seller because I don't know maybe he do a picture when I filling up diesel outside..
