It's a macdonalds.....nothing fancy but ok food.....didn't have to wait as long as some times. Fries were a bit undercooked....which is rare.

Review of McRib Experience (16th October) I've been waiting for the McRib to return for a while, so I bought two. Right away, I noticed a nasty smell in my car, which I thought might just be odd. When I got home and opened the pack, the bun was completely soggy due to an excessive amount of sauce, and the smell was really off-putting. I thought, "It's the McRib, it'll be okay." However, after taking a bite, I realized something was very wrong. The taste was horrid; the best way I can describe it is like burnt sick on a soggy bun. It was utterly disgusting, and I couldn't finish it. I decided to take the McRibs back to the store. When I explained to the staff that the burgers were not right, the woman insisted they hadn't changed. But I could tell they have. The smell and taste were so poor that I had to return them. I got a refund and expressed my disappointment. This was a terrible burger experience, and the staff wasn't particularly helpful. The McRib definitely isn't the same as it used to be. If this is how it's going to be, they might as well scrap it altogether. The smell was unbearable. Rating: Very Poor

Parking: On the A43 roundabout for Towcester
Kid-friendliness: No, they don't cook kids!
Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible if you've got someone to hold the doors open for you

Worst designed layout of a McDonald's site in history. Joining the drive thru queue appears to involve doing a complete circuit of the building that combines with the flow of people trying to exit the drivethru- long queues lead to a car based conga-line around the building that is hard to escape from.

This place is a joke. Its the second time I write a review about this place as I had hope the owner would change things but obviously doesnt give two monkeys about it. Your business is a mess, the food is always cold, it takes over half an hour to get food. The customer service is shocking, please fix this bs.

I went to this ?fast food? store, and waited over half an hour in the drive through (at 21:30) only to be met by a teenage girl laughing in my face who turned her back and chatted to her mates for about 3/4 minutes before even handing me the food that was already in her hand. Needless to say it was stone cold when I ate it. This is by far the worst macdonalds I?ve ever had the misfortune to visit and I?ve been to some awful ones. Ran by immature children who have no idea about customer service, managed by incompetent idiots. Never visiting again and I suggest you don?t either!
