Good garden centre section but the staff here are absolutely useless, the lady on the till didn?t acknowledge me at all and was speaking to the person behind me about an item. As I went to leave the store the it turns out the lady on the till had but the other customers item on my bill. It was the customer himself that had bought it to my attention, luckily I had my receipt and hadn?t left the store. Absolutely clueless!

This is my favourite B&M store to go too! Really good layout, always got a lot more items than the other stores and it's got a good size garden section outside.

Some good deals on cleaning products on offer here. However I was disappointed by the so-called garden centre. I was looking for garden tools and they have almost none. Had to go to the garden centre over the road to get what I needed.

Great store, lovely friendly staff, but what is it with the music, literally came out as I couldn?t stand it, couldn?t even hear when they opened a new till as music was deafening. Shame as I wanted more things but music which is rubbish and the announcements are painful. Such a shame as it was quiet on a bank holiday.

We didn't like the layout or obstructions of special offers in the way. The shop has Definitely gone expensive. I won't shop there again

There is nothing good about this store unfortunately.
The store overheats in summer, so any chocolate or other food that melts, does.
The prices are never correct and when I asked a B&M employee how much a large plant pot was, he said "between £30-50". ?
There is usually only 1 person on the checkouts, yet I've been moaned at for not taking my refunds directly to the till (I'm expected to queue for ages TWICE).
I've been told that they search large handbags upon going through the checkout, which is fine in principle, but put a sign up at the door to say that this is a condition of entry and perhaps say it politely to people without feeling like you're accusing customers of stealing.

Plenty of car parking available. Well laid out store with friendly staff.
Good options within store from food snacks and storage to garden furniture.
