Ordered two new tyres to be fitted to the front at a cost of £270 - asked if they could swap them with the rears as they do the fitting which is something the majority of garages include with the price, no mention of any extra cost for this service and then charged extra at the end. I?ve then got home and realised the valves on both front tyres weren?t replaced. Phoned them and they said to bring it back in. This is something that is included with every tyre fitting (as per BlackCircles website). I?ve then had to drive back in to have this service completed. Wasting an hour of my time and my fuel. Won?t be using again due to everything mentioned above.

Excellent and fast service from the Black and Rounds team. Ordered two new front tyres online to be changed at their unit, when I arrived the tyre change was done in 10 minutes and the guys were all friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Good tyre place with good service. However they must take more care following instructions and passing information between mechanics. I had two sets of bolts in my car (one set spare). I specified which ones to use. They put on the wrong bolts and forgot the locking wheel nut. They put in the locking bolt when I asked. I am sure they would have replaced them all but I didn't have the time.

100% recommended. We've had a slow puncture for a little while on one of our tyres. I called up to ask them to take a look at it and they managed to fit me in same day. As it was a straight forward puncture repair, they did the repair there and then for me - very pleased with speed, price and service!

Definitely recommended. I really enjoyed my visit. The guys were polite and helpful. The workshop/building is very tidy and with a modern/clean setup. My appointment was started on time, and I was pleased with the price and feedback at the end.

Superb service. Pricing slightly higher than other chain/franchise suppliers locally but honestly for the quality of service and the speed of fitting go here instead. You will not be disappointed. I had four Continental tyres fitted with new valves and alignment - all done with 45 minutes. Nice and clean waiting room, Highly recommended.
