How do I rate zero stars?The service was so bad that it was nearly enough to give up on Barclays and change banks. It's bad enough that local branches are all being closed down, but this 'pop up' branch is a joke with almost no facilities and a single member of staff that appears to have been dragged in off the street, offered no training and then allowed to run it. She wasn't trained to do an ID check and then suggested that we set up our direct debits on an online e-savings account!

Customer service has been consistently good for me WHEN you get to the cashier's desk. And there lies the problem, particularly when, due to social distancing, you are queuing outside for long periods.

Terrible customer service as the senior lady member of staff has no idea how to speak to customers snd is very rude. Twice i have encountered her rudeness forcing me to switch banks!
