Biked from Irthlingborough to Thrapston and found the little Jen in the town. Lovely food with a secret sun trap in the court yard at the rear that?s a treat you could miss. If you are with your bikes it?s a safe place to leave them as you enjoy your meal.

We came across this cafe whilst on our first visit to Thapstone on a Sunday morning. We were warmly greeted and our little dog was particularly welcome and was given water and offered a sausage. We sat outside in the lovely little back courtyard adorned with flowers, the food arrived very quickly. We had the mini breakfast which was just the right amount and came with a very thick slice of toast and we had tea for 2 in a huge pot. Would highly recommend!

Best cafe around bar none. Food perfectly cooked every time. Staff always lovely and friendly. Food is always fresh and proper ingredients. Their fry ups are sensational. Proper sausages, not like so many others where you just get the cheap sausages. If you haven't tried it yet make sure you do as you won't be disappointed.

Nice jacket potato (of reasonable size, not the over-sized you often see now) with tuna (not lost in a mayo slurry) and tasty cheddar cheese. Good coffee. Nice veggie breakfast too. Friendly service.

Wow what a busy cafe this is and dog friendly. We only had tea and a cake so can't comment on the meals they do.

Late opening yesterday (Saturday) by 10mins, had to go to the bakery next door as was on a tight schedule. Still gave 3 star as usually all good, see you next time ?

Our first visit to here. We both had two helpings of coffees and cakes. Both my cakes were lovely. But my friend is a vegan and unfortunately no vegan cakes available so she had to make do with a vegan shortbread biscuit, which she said was nice but disappointed it was her only option. Our coffees were spot on and all the staff were lovely and such a quick service. Will no doubt return though as was an enjoyable coffee stop after our run.
