I love a good authentic Indian, but this is not one. The food was awful and not authentic at all (fake red tikka sauce) all mushroom dish?s are awful, all food was cold. Also they charge you £3 for a mango chutney board (which you don?t ask for your given) I advised they should advise of a coat before giving it but he said no all places do this. We advised him this is not the case and they can?t put things on the table that were not asked for and charge for them!

Really disappointed with the service today we have ordered from and eaten in this restaurant loads throughout the year and have never had any issues. However today we ordered for 7:30 and received our food before 5:30 I normally wouldn?t mind but we said this to the delivery guy but he just left with the money I called and the manager just kept repeating there was not time on the order although it took 2 hours from ordering the food to it arriving so they clearly didn?t start the food when the order came through. After supporting the restaurant for so long it would have been nice for a little understanding over the phone and a solution offered rather than taking no accountability for the problem if it was a issue with the ?3rd party service? as the manager said then that needs sorting out and I the customer shouldn?t have been made to feel guilty for asking for a solution to this problem

Eaten here before and it's been amazing. Unfortunately tonight's take away was far from the experience we've had before. One of the dishes was completely wrong and the other luke warm. Seeing others having the same issue has made me very hesitant to want to order again.

Usually fantastic food and lovely people but please, who ever the cook is tonight 29th nov 2024, get rid of them. had the food like this once before and just makes me weary to bother coming again incase we get unlucky and its tonights cook. Its now a lotto whether its gonna be great or inedible, Its really letting it down.
