Visited on 30th November 2023. Shop lovely but when we visited the cafe area it was SSO cold. Ordered coffees and hot chocolates. We spoke to one assistant about how cold it was and her answer ?it?s too warm in summer? ?Then the shop had a large delivery and for fifteen minutes door was left open it being freezing outside. We shut the door twice but they left it open.My friend complained and was shouted at that they had to unload delivery and that she had four slipped disc? My friend asked her not to shout at her. The door was then shut with a bang for another ten minutes. By this time we were very cold.By this time we were so cold we left, no apology or any customer service. The shop was empty apart from us so that says it all.Will NOT RETURN

First time shopping here (online) and the quality of customer care is excellent. It?s always good to know how companies treat a customer when things don?t go quite as well as hoped. There was an issue with my delivery resulting in a damaged product. It was rectified in a matter of hours by Ian and the product was replaced within a couple of days. I will definitely be returning. Absolutely amazing store and great customer service! Always smiling and happy to help, I seen a little cast iron Pigeon in the window while I was waiting at the traffic lights and thought I must have it, parked up, popped in and was amazed at the stock they hold, fantastic value for money and definitely a must for Thrapston high street! Keep up the outstanding work guys and il be back soon again!
