Donated & brought hundreds of pounds worth of stuff over the years. No exchange on reduced items. Served by manager (Thrapston store) who said nothing & still nothing when asked if I wanted the receipt & I stayed yes as they are obviously not for me. Showed a small sign when I went to exchange which had lots of other do's & don'ts. Not my job as a customer to read all there signage. Would have taken two seconds to tell me they did not refund. Won't be shopping or donating to Age UK ever again out of principle

Twice I have visited this shop with my mother and twice I have been put off by the lady running the shop that day. You feel her follow you suspiciously around the shop, if you pick anything up and carry it whilst you are still looking around she more or less snatches it from you and puts it behind the counter. We won't be back. A real shame

love this place, always has nice incense sticks and I used to enjoy looking at the books they had as a child :)

Small but sometimes they have excellent items. I noticed some excellent Shelley porcelain today, but I doubt that will be there for long. They seem to have a good turnover of 'smalls' as their stock is constantly changing. Today there was a set of Royal Doulton tea wares, but again I doubt that it will be in stock for long. I was right, the Doulton has gone but replaced by an unmarked tea service at a very reasonable price. The staff were complaining about a problem with shoplifting, and I can't understand why someone would steal from a charity shop, unforgivable.

Age Uk cared for my dad for the last week of his life. The care each one of the carers gave my dad was impeccable. He was cared for with Dignity and empathy and nothing was too much for them. As a family we was treated with empathy too. Myself and my family will never be able to thank the carers enough. Keep doing what you do, you are amazing and it was an absolute pleasure meeting each and everyone of you. Much love ??

They use other people?s property for free to use as day care centres claiming they are doing it charitably.
In reality they charge each person £50-00 per day.
This nets them £10,000. per centre per month. They have hijacked five such centres.
