Here on a business trip, stones throw away from the circuit so good location. Check In instructions well delivered and easy to follow. Room was lovely and clean and well presented with tea/coffee facilities. Guy behind the Bar Wednesday afternoon was helpful and chatty and very welcoming, great employee! Went to the car park to retrieve something from the car around 8pm. Was parked in a disabled bay - absolutely pitch black and fell over a curb that you couldn?t see. Needs to be better lit. Food overall was ok, good choice if you don?t want to go off site. Food tasted good but mushrooms were very oily, coleslaw was warm. Breakfast - eggs were over cooked, only one choice of juice. Couldn?t for the life of me spread the butter in the toast! Combination of Luke warm toast and frozen butter! Maybe have a word with the ladies on breakfast all having their gossip meeting about who got the sack, not very professional and rather loud. Wifi is absolutely awful, this could do with improving. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay again.

We stayed in rooms 7, 8 and 9 the weekend of the British Touring Car Championship. As a family we could not fault the rooms or the service! Beautiful views and perfect location to the Silverstone track which was an easy 15/20 minute walk away. Special shout out to Sam for his outstanding service on the Saturday night. He was managing a very busy bar and restaurant on his own and sadly was facing some unnecessary criticism and rude comments from other diners. We found him to be extremely hard working, polite and professional given the extreme pressure he was under. We would highly recommend Silverstone Golf Club and Hotel to others and will definitely return in the future.
