A group of 5 adults popped in to the rushden lakes restaurant yesterday afternoon. Seated at a dirty table and then ignored. No one offered us drinks or took out order. Restaurant was very quiet. We asked a girl if someone could serve us and she just started cleaning the table next to us. We decided we are not gonna spend money in a place that does not want to serve us. When walking out there was 2 staff members just standing around. We told them we are leaving due to no service. The girl was sarcastic and unprofessional. Would not go again, and not recommend for the price

They were short staffed on a Monday, it was steady and the two of the waiters coped really well. The food was so so so good! Much better than the last 2 times that we have been. We will most definitely come back!

We had a late lunch here after the cinema and the experience was not good. The food was mediocre, and the service was slow despite it not being busy. People who came in after us got their order taken before us. The cost for the food and service received was high, and honestly, we will not return as there is better literally next door.

?.after working all day, showering and going to Wildwood, Rushden Lakes because I?d never been but meant to?.waited to get acknowledged and after a while was told that there wasn?t enough staff to seat us or take our order so went to Pizza Express instead.
Don?t suppose I?ll bother giving them another chance

I recently dined earlier this week where Kyra, our young waitress, made our experience unforgettable. I explained how we had not been attended to and been forgotten by what seemed to be our assigned waitress and her bubbly charm and understanding won us over and added warmth to our meal. She was attentive to my daughters, ensuring they felt special. Kyra suggested dishes and engaged us with her friendly conversation, making the evening even more delightful. Her relaxed serving style was welcoming and her exceptional service truly made our night memorable , rectifying the mediocre experience we had in the restaurant.

My meal Seafood linguine for lunch, very oily. 1 muscle unopened, enedable. Only 2 prawns in dish. Grandson meal spaghetti bolognese also very oily. Not enjoyable. Have eaten here before and food was lovely . Disappointed today.

Wow, what can I say! Kind, caring and attentive. Ethan always made sure I was taken care of throughout my food journey which made me feel verry special. I can't wait to come back. Fingers crossed I get Ethan again ?

Although the food was of a better standard than some of these chains it wasn't the greatest. Another over hyped chain. The service was friendly and helpful

I visited with my friend and our two small babies, we were welcomed and assured it was absolutely fine as it is a family restaurant which I really appreciated.
Food was a little pricy but nice. I had the philly cheesesteak sandwich which was delicious.
