Very helpfull and friendly people, will go out of thier way to help you. I always shop here if I can rather than the big DIY stores. You'll be surprised at the amount of different stock they have and their prices are reasonable.

I bought some unusual coloured fence paint some time ago from West End DIY in Rushden and needed another tub to paint some additional fencing. At first glance, what I was looking for was no longer available, but I approached the lady at the till to see if they still stocked it. Despite me only remembering the colour, but not the make, the lady checked her stock lists, found what I was after, and rung around each of their stores until she found someone that had it in stock to reserve for me. I was so impressed by the time and trouble she took, for what was a very small order. A great local store with excellent customer service. Thank you.

Been trying to get an item for about 3 weeks now, keep getting told to come back in a few days and it'll be in stock then, after going back for the 5th time (on the staffs instructions) to be told they still haven't got the items, I've decided I'd be better off just purchasing through amazon, poorly stocked store, staff that give you false information. Won't be shopping here again.
