Good selection of fresh food.After the renovation it is a really nice place to go for your weekly shopping. Great selection of wines, decent fresh food. The Café is also very welcoming with a great selection

Denise and Ali at the Waitrose Cafè are always so smiling and helpful; they always go the extra mile! Today they were extra solicitous ref the delicious cheese scones&the Flat White coffee. The cafè is a lovelyplace to chill after shopping, before the madness of Rushden Lakes on a Saturday! Denise and Ali...you're a credit to the Waitrose team!I need to add that Ashley, on the information desk, was extremely helpful by agreeing to look after my shopping for 2hours, offering to take the bags to the chilled area and then assisting me when I came to collect it, much later than expected!Thanks also must go to Melissa, who helped me with an issue regarding my clothes and was very thorough.Thanks to you all,Maggie

Lovely store, wide aisles generate a feeling of calm, unlike other supermarkets. Drink selection is great.

Good parking, excellent staff,wide range of products, useful John Lewis click and collect which is always quick and efficient, can get busy so try an early mornings shop. Spacious and well signed aisles.

Shocked by how bad the customer service is here. I asked one member of staff for the location of an item and she didn?t even look at me, she just carried on with moving things around on the shelf and said she didn?t know and to ask someone else. I wandered around the store and couldn?t see anyone else so left without it. Then when I went to pay for the one item I did buy, I waited for several minutes trying to get the attention of the member of staff at the self checkout to come over (she wasn?t busy with other customers, she was just stood there picking at her nails) after there was an issue with the machine. When she finally did come over, I explained that it had stopped working after I tried to pay and she loudly huffed while she fixed it and walked off without saying a word, no apology for how long she took to come over. I ended up driving over to Rushden Lakes to the M&S where the staff were much more helpful.

I would need to consider further visits prior to making a comment. This was our initial visit and we won't be hurrying back to do our main shop.

Large sized store with a good range of quality bits well laid out and easy to navigate.Does everything Waitrose is renowned for including bakery and fresh counters with an impressive wine section along with home ware section.The only downside to things is trying to pay and get out with self serve encouraged which can be irritating .
