“Fault a front tyre on high kerb. Wrecked the tyre, needed replacement. Have one of the ridiculous cars that now don't have a spare. Needed to have a call out, managed to get one same day even when they were short staffed. Chap who came was very polite and efficient, even though it was a tight squeeze to get his large van into our access road at rear of house. Can't thank them enough, great job guys.”
