I went with a friend to look at folding patio tables. The one she liked was the same product I bought last year.
She was going to to pay for the item and collect another day.
The very nice member of staff offered to deliver it when she finished work.... and she did.

Ordered some balloons for a 70th celebration. They were made perfectly by Vikki, my mum loved them. Cant recommend these guys enough, friendly, efficient and awesome!!

I recently visited the TOFS Retail Chain and was blown away by the variety of products they offered at such great prices. From homewares to furniture, electrical goods to toys and clothing, this store had everything I needed for my home and more.The store was well-organized, with clear signage and displays that made it easy to navigate.Despite being sold at discounted prices, the products were well-made and of good quality.

I very rarely leave negative reviews but I visited here the other day and was disgusted with the customer service. I said good morning to one of the staff and was greeted with ?it?s not morning anymore.? I then asked the chap at the counter whether they had an item and if so please could they direct me and I would happily find it myself. The chap, who did not look up from his phone said ?no, we arent a stationary shop. Sorry.? Granted, he directed me to other shops which was much appreciated, but I did not appreciate the rest of the customer service! I very quickly left my other items and left.
