I had an incredibly frustrating experience with some of the least accommodating individuals I?ve ever encountered. My brother went to Superdrug store to get me paracetamol and Nurofen to help alleviate the severe pain I was experiencing menstruation and after undergoing ovarian surgery. However, they refused to sell him the medication, insisting that he looked under 16 years old. This is absurd, as he is 20, stands nearly 2 meters tall, and has a muscular build?he clearly does not resemble a child. I tried to reach out to the manager to explain my distressing situation, but they simply hung up on me while Im suffering from pain. Plus brother had all the equipment a women needs in her menstruation!!! clearly the medicine is not for him! You have to look 25 to purchase medication but a legal age is 16 to purchase these type of medication, so what he looks 15? I really do not understand why people do that, do they get pleasure out of it?

Some of the staff at Superdrug are so rude
Not helpful at all no eye contact with customer?s
Especially the lady that works on a Sunday with blonde hair older than the other staff she could even be a manager very rude woman!!!

Was down at the rushden town store after 4, had a wonderful experience with a member of staff named Megan - she helped me choose some Christmas presents for everyone in my family.Truly a blessing to have people like her in the business - especially round the holidays!A wonderful experience will definitely be returning thanks to her!

I came it at some point in the last 18 months. Can?t remember when.Any how I looking for a lynx gift set to give to a friend for he?s birthday.Now I know it?s something that you would normally see at Christmas but I just don?t understand why you cannot get then all year round.I was only in there for that reason. I don?t know if I will come back again

I'm a regular in Rushden Superdrug. They always have great offers on and I usually come home with something that wasn't on my list! Staff are really helpful and friendly and I got £4 off my shopping through collecting points on my Beauty Card - *Bonus*! ?

Well, Superdrug sells all kinds of health and beauty products for men and women. They were doing a good job of social distancing etc. Prices seem good.

Quite small inside so those who use wheelchairs ect would have some difficulty to shop, although all on ground floor level a nice little shop.
