Great customer service. Came up with better price for what I needed by a bit of research. (went to wickes round the corner first I wouldn't bother dearer and. service ) go to screwfix and don't waste your time or money.

Price match is a joke!Went to buy an item & its was nearly triple the price of ToolstationThe supervisor at the time wouldn?t price match the product as it was their own brand. The product was exactly the same! Went to Toolstation instead, Better prices, reliable & good customer service. Can?t wait for them to open a Rushden branch!Only positive I will say is the lad that served me was more of a creditSharpen up Screwfix

Products and prices are decent, however my mrs and I went into the Rushden store to be served by Victoria the branch manager who could really do with some customer service training. Incredibly condescending and belittling toward us. Quite frankly I don?t know how she?s in said position with the way she presents herself and behaves toward paying customers. Surrounding staff seemed helpful and nice enough though.

As a company the products are usually in line with expectations ( really no nonsense line they like to advertise) but as a store experience it as some very bad personnel.Some are extremely helpful while others can be pretty bad.Recently I was not so subtly accused by a store manager, Matt, of trying to "defraud" the store on the case of a error by a sales assistant in assigning a costumer credit related to a returned product to the correct account ( which after contacting costumer service was fully solved to my benefit) but the manager had no interest or willingness in trying to sort the problem beyond dropping insinuations and actualy escalating the its rhetoric.This was one of the worst experiences I ever had anywhere.Matt: as a manager you are terribly unfit for the job and a bad example to your team.

Since TJ has been running the show here the place has been a pleasure to shop at. I now use them as my main merchant. A special shout out to Luke who always offers to help carry heavy items and Jasmine who always goes out her way to search items and help me find the fittings I need without feeling rushed.
