My Mum came to the home on end of life care. Even though she was only there a few weeks before sadly passing away, the team are all so welcoming and make you feel part of a family, they genuinely care about the residents. I would definitely recommend this home

Cannot fault the excellent care given to my dad in his final weeks. All members of staff I encountered were both friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rushden Park to anyone considering a care home placement for a relative.

My mother June spent a week here in October and I was so happy with the care, respect and love she was shown from all members of staff. I wish I could have got her here sooner. Her room was lovely and the home has beautiful gardens. Everything was good - even down to staff holding her hand and stroking her hair when they spoke to her. After 6 weeks of stress in Northampton General this was a peaceful time in a very caring setting. I will always be very grateful and thankful to Rushden Park Care Home.

Poor management!! No cares to residents wants and needs. Absolute fakes.

There is one very rude and unprofessional male nurse called Alex working at this service .My husband one morning called to find out some information about my father in-law who lives in Rushden park , the member of staff response was so appalling , he swore at him and hanged up on the phone. This is not nice especially when we have our family members living in here. Leaves us with a lot of imagination specifically on how my father in-law is being treated.

The staff here went above and beyond today to put on a barbecue for my brother in laws birthday. The food was amazing and the cake. All the staff came out into the garden to sing happy birthday.Nothing was too much trouble with some coming in on their day off. Thank you just doesn?t seem enough

My dad was only at Rushden Park a couple of months before he passed away, but he absolutely loved it there. He was treated with such love, care and respect and by all members of staff. The room was a lovely size with its own en suite toilet and sink and was situated over looking the garden and it was kept in pristine condition. The support I received at this sad time was genuine and gratefully received. I would like to thank Lillie and Shannon particularly as they cared for my dad with such kindness and respect, and Viola for her nursing care and also to Pam and Jackie for all their help. I cannot recommend this home highly enough.

Bribing staff with taking an experimental treatment or losing their job. Disgusting behaviour.
You could lose some good staff?..think on that!

Why on Earth would you abuse your staffs human rights by forcing them to have an experimental gene therapy? Even if staff get vaccinated they can still catch and transmit the virus, so who is it protecting exactly? This is absolutely disgusting

Disgusting treatment of staff.

We looked at different places for my father to go (he has Dementia) he was given 6 months to live. We got very depressed as we couldn?t find anything that was half decent. We were referred mha Rushden and 3 years later, Dad is very much alive. He loves it there, he is well looked after, the nurses are always friendly and helpful. This year was my parents 60th wedding anniversary and Rushden organised a socially distanced cream tea. We live in strange times, but the team at Rushden pulled out all the stops. I always recommend the place.

I worked as a kitchen staff in this care home for a year, I was one of the youngest staff members. The Manager is rude and doesn't give a sh*t about her staff. Admin staff member was never in a rush to do anything to help anyone. Other employees were nice and easy to get along with. The residents are cared for very well. I had a bad experience while working in the kitchen when Rushden Park had a fly infestation. I was covered in bites and was still expected to work. I also felt targeted by one of the chefs in the kitchen! I was never listened to while working there and whenever I went on my lunch break outside, I would always hear the manager bad mouthing/making fun of staff members. she even had nicknames for some of her staff! I have now moved onto a job where I can learn and move up, as Rushden Park had no intention of turning care staff into nurses or following up and helping people reach their aspirations. The manager or admin also would never help you when they f%cked up your wages, they would just leave you to sort it out or try and say they don't owe you money. The manager was manipulative and couldn't care less about her staff who do everything they can for peoples relatives and family members!
