Absolutely terrible time dealing with prime choice. They can hardly communicate between themselves. The ?director? doesn?t have a clue what?s going on. Loren is so confused bless her and the whole team is a shambles. They take your money and give back as little as possible. No care for tenants. Any good review on here is just them writing them themselves. Go and search on their website and see their REAL reviews on how they terrorise their customers even disabled customers. Would not recommend unless you don?t care about losing your money and losing your mind

Am currently renting a property through Prime Choice Rushden Branch. From the viewing to signing of contract and collecting the keys, has been very easy straight forward& pleasant experience. Loren is my point of contact, very professional, helpful & friendly attitude. Nothing is too much trouble.Highly recommend this agency.
