Only popped in for a couple of cables/adaptors and the guy there was polite and very helpful, prefer to use a local business than a big brand where possible so use local businesses or lose them!!

After being messed around by another phone shop in Rushden I called into Premier Phones to see if they could replace my phone screen. The service was excellent and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

The charging port was replaced on my Nokia 8.1. It's working and I'm very happy with the results.

This is the stupidest service shop in rushden, I went to him with an iPhone x to change the screen and battery and now it doesn't work anymore, he puts non-original parts, don't go to him again, he's not a fair person, he always buys cheaper and he sells them more expensive which is not correct, he replaces original parts with non-original ones, the worst store, you will not change anything with him, look for someone else

Called in to Premier Phones today (Bank Holiday Monday) as I dropped my phone and smashed the screen yesterday.Service was second to none as he was open, had the screen in stock and 20 minutes later phone was fully repaired.Thanks very much, can recommend 100%

Bought a iPhone 6 the screen was popping out the day I bought it, it completely shuts down every couple mins and won?t turn back on for hours, Also when it finally turned on the password had changed my password was simply 258025 i put that in says it?s wrong overall worst expirence with a phone shop

I got phone case for my current phone from here.Definitely recommend this service.Owner really knows about his phones and he was really nice as well.It?s really nice inside and clean as this was in the mist of the pandemic ?.They really do care about their customers here.

Great guy, very polite and helpful. Excellent service! my phone had a part replaced, repaired and unlocked within 25 minutes. I would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Terrible customer service, had screen replaced, then a couple of days later a line showed up in the middle of the screen and then it started to crack again. I called the store and he advised he will order a new screen and fix it again and call me when the new screen arrives. A week later still no call, so I rang him and he advised the new screen was in stock, I arranged a time to go to the store to drop my phone off again, however the shop was closed! I called the store number and he advised he was running late to the store. The gentleman was then very rude to myself and my husband, arguing that it was not his fault the screen was broken! I told him that we explained everything to him over the phone the week before and he agreed he would fix it free of charge as this should not of happened, to which his reply was 'my English is not very good, so I did not understand'. He was very argumentative. All in all we will never go to this shop again, they are very rude and not helpful.
