Rude and Unprofessional Staff - Very Disappointed!
I visited the shop today, and I have to say it was an extremely unpleasant experience. There were two older ladies working behind the counter, and one of them, the brunette, was incredibly rude. She actually started shouting at me just because I forgot something!
I calmly told her there was no need to shout and that she should learn how to speak to customers properly. But her attitude was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I expected better customer service, especially from a local shop. It's really disappointing to encounter such rude staff. Definitely won?t be returning anytime soon. Avoid if you don?t want to be yelled at!

Hermes terminal scan not working properly for agess here so you are not able to send parcel..They silently happy with bcs that less work for them with parcels ??

Hermes terminal is broken in this place for more then 3 months and they not bothered to fix it bcs less work for them... It was so helpfull have corner shop where you can send your parcel.That scanner doesnt read your QR code so you are not able to print Label and send parcel..Lazyyy staff !!!

I've always had a good experience when I've shopped here. I normally stop off mid week for a top up shop on my way home from work, so I don't have to leave the house when I get home. They stock the basics and often have offers. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Most staff are friendly bar two ladies that deem customers an inconvenience to them. Avoid them at delivery time as being at the till will annoy them..paperboy not come? Who cares..often leave this store with the recurring statement "beam me up snotty".
