Served by Kate this morning who was very patronising and abrupt with her attitude when asked about a damaged clothing on sale and the policy on returns. It?s understandable each store have their own policies with damaged goods on sale, however to speak to a customer as if they?re uneducated, it?s quite disgusting behaviour. And to make it worse, she was more concerned with a colleague already dealing with a click + collect customer than serving us. Never want to be served by her, would honestly avoid such an assistant. Apart from that the ladies merchandising the store were nice, and made sure customers could access clothes.

Poorly trained and completely unhelpful staff! I bought a shirt for an event outside the UK and received the wrong size when I went to try it on. I asked the sales assistant if it was the correct size, and she didn?t seem very sure. When I asked again to confirm, she responded in a very rude tone, saying ?yes.? When the time came to wear the shirt, I realized it was the wrong size, but it was already too late because I was outside the UK and could no longer exchange or return it! I do not recommend Next!

Really wish this shop was wheelchair friendly, I have to move all the rails as you can't get around the shop at all in a wheelchair.

Went to their Costa upstairs. But I?m a bit disappointed with what I got. I came here today for a frappe and a caramel latte. My frappe was ok. Nothing wrong with that. In fact it was nice. But the latte I brought for my dad wasn?t ok. He described it as warm milk. He tasted no coffee in it at all. When I tried, I barely tasted anything in it myself and both of us tasted no Caramel at all. Even after giving it a proper stur.
My other issue with the Costa is the their lack of hygiene. There was a fly in the baking section landing on all the food and flying around. I work in hospitality myself and I know it?s hard to keep bugs out. But it doesn?t mean the staff shouldn?t make an effort to sort out the fly. I told one of the Costa?s staff members to at-least scare it off. But all this man said was ?oh. Ok. Well I can?t do much about that.? and carried on letting the fly contaminate the food. At my place of work. If a fly landed on some sort of food. We would even throw It away for hygiene reasons.
So the two disappointments were their bad hygiene and them not being able to make a coffee properly.

Next furniture delivery team were fantastic. Dropped of chest of draws and then returned with three man team to lift heavy chest upstairs, set in place and unwrap. 100% professional service.

Me and my fiancé came in just to look at suits, we didn?t really have much idea of what we were doing until we met Cat! She was so helpful and well educated and honest about what looked best! Couldn?t have had a better experience we?d been to a suit shop just prior to this and our experience with Cat was miles better! She helped us find the perfect suit! Great experience

I came to this NEXT to collect a parcel of clothing and there were so many issues on my end but the staff were so brilliant in helping me get what I needed. They were incredibly kind, helpful and went above and beyond.

Amazing service, went in today to talk about wedding suits. Cat was amazing asking all our needs. Will be going back to make an appointment soon. Definitely recommend Next if you are thinking about wedding suits

Next is a lovely place to go for shopping. It has a lovely variety of clothes and other things. I also wanted to say that I was greeted by a very lovely member of staff named Siân. She was so kind and caring towards me and she made my day. A very lovely member of the staff team and I hope she gets recognised for being such a lovely person! Thanks again, I would highly recommend Next in Rushden Lakes ?.

I went into next (24/01/2023) a lovely lady called Maria helped me. She was so kind and helpful she definitely went above n beyond for me today. I really appreciated that she took time to help me find the perfect dress. I also ended up buy a jump suit! I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend this shop over any other Next stores
