All good apart from the fact that there?s no way of telling who are the staff and who are the customers in smart clothing (most) as moss bross staff don?t ware badges or have a dress code apart from smart. Also it?s not clear where to queue. There?s a counter at the back with a sign that says ?hire? or a desk in the middle of the shop. I spent a few minutes standing at the hire counter before I realised that the people on both sides of the counter were all customers. Eventually went to the other desk but wasn?t sure they dealt with hire at this desk until I got served. I did give feedback in store but wasn?t sure they politely told its just the way they do things

Always a good experience, this time Leon sorted me out a treat. Went above and beyond for me to put together the look I was after. Down to the tie and pocket square, gave options and his professional opinion to bring it all together. Will always return

Went for a suit fitting for my son. The gentleman that served us was very good. Gave us time and options. Would highly recommend. Also may I add that Ricardo was especially helpful.

Service at Rushden Lakes Store
Dear Moss Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Rushden Lakes store today.
As a customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism when shopping, especially from a well-established brand like Moss. Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable. I asked a staff member for different sizes, as your sizing differs from other retailers. Instead of being helpful, the employee responded sarcastically with, ?Please don?t kill me now.? This was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
I had intended to purchase more items, but the attitude and general disinterest from the team put me off entirely. One staff member was wandering around aimlessly, another was on the phone, and the one assisting me seemed visibly annoyed at having to bring alternative sizes. As a business owner myself, I find this level of service unacceptable.
Staff should be trained to create a welcoming and helpful environment from the moment a customer enters the store?not one where customers feel like a burden. Sadly, the experience today was the opposite. I have looked on your reviews and people have complained about the staff and you haven?t done anything about it so far .
I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider reviewing the customer service standards at your Rushden Lakes branch. Shopping should be an enjoyable experience, not one that leaves a sour impression.

I?m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this store.
I clearly asked for a specific type of trousers, but was given something completely different ? wrong color, wrong model, and even a different price.
The same thing happened with the shirt. I requested a white shirt in a particular style and instead received a black one, completely different from what I wanted.
The level of customer service is unacceptable.
If you?re charging premium prices, the least you can do is employ staff who are professional, attentive, and genuinely willing to help customers find the right items.
I shouldn?t have to run after a salesperson every time I need assistance.

Outstanding service from Grant! Cannot fault it at all. He has been so friendly, helpful, respectful and gives his honest opinion when we?ve asked for it. He has gone above and beyond, making sure all sizes were in store when we visited with 4 very different sized groomsmen.

We decided to get our groom, FOB and best man suits from Moss at Rushden Lakes. Our initial impression wasn't great as the lady who served us was rather rude. However as soon as Grant the manager spotted things weren't going to plan he stepped in and for the rest of our experience we were well looked after. The suits were excellent quality and the sizing and collection process was simple. The suits looked fabulous on the day. Grant even ensured he was working the day I dropped the suits back to see how the day went.

Had an amazing experience at Moss today! Served by the lovely Amelia with cool hair. First time buying a suit and all staff were really helpful and advice filled. I first tried a suit shop in the centre of Northampton and didn?t go back as they weren?t helpful at all - a completely different experience here and will definitely be coming back.

Awful experience.. waited 3 weeks for an appointment as my partner is plus size we made sure they would be able to cater for him? arrived for the appointment no personal service and we were even asked what are you looking for? cheap and cheerful?!?. How ignorant and rude to assume that is what we wanted. Nothing in stock fitted and nothing could be ordered? discussed hire options which there were 2 of and told we would need to order and wait another week to try on but couldn?t guarantee sizes and with it being hire couldn?t get anything altered? I walked out half way through as the attitude the cheap and cheerful comment and lack of professionalism was too much. I then came back in and we were advised they could potentially make a suit? but actually then they couldn?t? the sign in the shop says suits to fit all? completely not true? would never recommend or go there again. This is the first suit shop we entered and an absolutely dreadful experience - complete waste of time and potentially a big sale lost as money and cost was no object..

Moss at Rushden Lakes: Where Style Meets Service (and Amy Deserves a Pay Rise)
If you?re in the market for a sharp new look, Moss at Rushden Lakes is the place to go. Whether you?re gearing up for a wedding, a black-tie event, or just want to look inexplicably dapper while doing the weekly shop, this is tailoring done right.
I popped in for a dinner jacket and dress shirt, expecting a straightforward purchase?but Moss went above and beyond. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure I looked my absolute best (which, let?s be honest, is no small task). The only hitch? The trousers I needed weren?t in stock in the long version, so they had to be ordered in.
Now, here?s where the magic happened. I?d missed the cut-off for next-day delivery, so I resigned myself to waiting two days. Not ideal, but fair enough. Except?somehow, against all odds, the trousers arrived the very next day anyway. Either Moss has some secret VIP delivery service, or Amy at Rushden Lakes is actually a wizard.
And speaking of Amy?absolute legend. She was incredibly helpful, making sure everything fit perfectly, double-checking the order, and generally offering the kind of customer service you wish existed everywhere. Honestly, if all shopping experiences were this smooth, I?d probably own a lot more formalwear.
Moss at Rushden Lakes isn?t just about selling suits?it?s about making sure you leave feeling like James Bond (or at least his well-dressed cousin). Five stars?plus a bonus one for Amy, because miracle-working deserves recognition.

Attended a consultation just before Christmas for a hire of 4 suits, custom made suit plus additional accessories. Happy with what was available and rescheduled for fittings etc.
In the meantime, Moss decided to remove the selected suits off their range, I had booked the day off work and went down for my next appointment to be told this and attempted to upsell suits for a substantial amount more.
Spoke to head office who essentially told me tough luck and there wasn?t any kind of negotiation to be had.
If I had been told earlier via phone or email I wouldn?t be too bothered. Perhaps take your business to a local, more personalised tailor.

Served by Leon, really friendly and attentive, was able to answer all my questions and his communication/interpersonal skills were fantastic. He asked all the right questions of his colleagues to ensure I got the help needed, staying professional at all times.
