Absolutely disgusting condition if the store. Toilet facilities were all blocked or broken. They had also turned off the feedback machine, strange coincidence.

Went as a family to M&S cafe at Rushden Lakes. I ordered a milkshake, and the staff member went to the kitchen, came back, and told me that it was available. Waited 30 minutes, and nothing came. When I asked about it, I was told that the kitchen was closed and the lady that makes the drinks had left. Only apologised at the end and after I requested a refund. Poor experience. We had other issues before at the same store.

We had a very disappointing experience in-store today. Although there were several staff members available, they appeared more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. My wife was trying to find the right size in the lingerie section, and I was browsing for clothes. We had already picked out a few items we intended to buy, but due to the complete lack of customer service and feeling ignored, we decided to leave everything and walk out. This is not the level of service we expect from M&S, and it left us feeling frustrated and very let down.

Had to return a pair of sandals because the strap kept coming off my foot, was told they wouldn't change them because I had worn them once. Was told by the extremely rude assistant that I should have kept the labels on and worn them indoors on carpet before I wore them outside!!! They did eventually change them when I said I would report to trading standards that the goods were not fit for purpose. She also said she couldn't change them because they wouldn't be able to resell them, but surely faulty goods should not be resold.

Spoke to a sale person call JAYNE ask for an information but she didn?t seem helpful at all funny because she was talking to others nicely and when I asked for help she sounded like didn?t want to help so yep judged how I looked thanks but won?t visit again here don?t treat people differently m&s

I bought a coat which I found was damaged, I believe when the security tag was removed, so I returned it in store and wanted a replacement. The replacement wasn't in stock my size so it was ordered.
Two days later I received an email saying the coat is no longer in stock and I would be refunded. The app showed the coat was in stock.
No refund was forthcoming so I rand Customer services to be informed, as it was a cash transaction a cheque had been issued! It wasn't a cash transaction! I explained the coats were in stock, which was confirmed, I had paid for one and hadn't been refunded yet, why don't they cancel the cheque and send me a coat?
After 4 holds, it was agreed this was the course of action. I ordered a new coat, then was asked to pay for it again!!!!!
We got there in the end, although I still haven't got a coat, but fingers crossed it's on route!! Not the customer service I expected from a premium brand!

Friendly and very helpful staff! Shoutout to a woman that helped my partner and I with a suit carrier, don?t remember her name, but she was amazing (visited Saturday around 2/3pm).
