Best JD Iv been into. Getting my little 1 new trainers. The guy that served us was very friendly and was good with kids. Other stores Iv gone into seems 2 have attitude problem but rushed lake was great. Would highly recommend

First time shopping in Jd for over 15 years and today being the worst. They need more adults working on their respectfully and making sure they are seeing to paying customers properly. I bought an item of clothing paid for a bag was not govern one so checked my reciept to see if I was charged and I was. Had to ask someone for a bag because the que was ridiculous.
I also had two collections from the store and I was with my young child. Was left waiting extremely long . Then when I asked someone can they go and check what the delay is . They said I had to wait as they were seeing to someone. When they finally went to check my collection they come back minutes later with my order. I wasn?t pleased. Literally staff member standing by the door doing nothing. Staff all over the shop and yet hardly anyone to help with the tills. The fact that they all seem to be very young feels like the reason they don?t respect people that are waiting for very long periods. Was not happy as a quick visit too an hour

I used to think that this shop was really expensive compared to other sports shops, but recently have been going in for a look & there are some really good prices, had 2 Mckenzie t shirts,& a new balance hoodie for a good price last week. This shop at Rushden lakes always seems clean & tidy, & the staff are friendly, will be looking in here soon when buying new trainers.

Not one of my favourite sports shops to be honest. Not as big as most so limited stock where having to order online instead, however they do have a small variety within store to choose from depending on what your after. Staff didn't seem massively concerned or friendly towards customers but that could have just been time of day as close to closing??

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at store. I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a tracksuit and using the fitting room. However, upon arrival, I discovered that all three fitting rooms were out of order. When I inquired with a staff member about the possibility of trying on the tracksuit, they simply informed me that the fitting rooms were closed and offered no further assistance.

Took some items in for exchange, one of which being Crep protect sneaker guards. During the transaction I heard the girl say something about the yellow things (which the crease protectors are) and it not being that deep to her colleague.. I?ve just got home and they knowingly haven?t refunded me for them and have kept the item. I don?t care about the £10 but I care about the principle as they have effectively stolen from me. Called up, Liam a supervisor was helpful but clearly inexperienced and Lauren the assistant manager refused to talk to me and told Liam to direct me to head office.
