I wish I could give zero stars! The customer service was terrible, and their return policy is completely unreasonable. I bought a pair of jeans last week but didn?t have time to try them on because the store was closing. The sales assistant said nothing about the return policy and went ahead with the transaction. When I came back to return the jeans, I was told they only offer exchanges or store credit, no refunds. This feels like a scam. I?m extremely disappointed.

I came bought a cream. When leaving, the lady came up to me asking where the test cream was. She has already asked me that. I replied saying that I have returned it to the lady that sold me the cream. She made me return to the store, and treated me like a criminal while I was pushing my daughter on a buggy. When I went in, the lady confirmed that I have returned the test cream. The lady that pulled me over did not apologise and I had to ask twice but only got a ?I?m sorry okay?? in rude tone. I understand that she was doing her job but she did not have the right to treat me that way, there are other ways to approach such situation but she chose to accuse me of stealing instead. I was distraught by the whole situation and was embarrassed for myself and my daughter to witness this. I decided to return the item as the disgraceful customer service has turned me away from this shop and I am not planning on returning.
