a lot of the older staff need a refresher on customer service! the bare minimum is to greet the customer that you are serving, however, one of the older women with short white hair and the middle aged woman with brown hair normally in a ponytail are two staff members i try to avoid being served by because of this. i understand these aren?t the circumstances they?ve been dreaming of, however, it is your job and you still have a duty to perform at your job.. very disappointing as otherwise the store is pretty good. michelle (i think is her name? the one who has released a book) is always so lovely, love her!
