A Great Store Better Layout Then The Northampton Store And I Was Able To Get A Gift For Someone As This Store Had It. The Reason For The 4 Stars Is People At The Till Were Slow At Serving As They Only Had One Member Of Staff On.

Went to rushden lakes so much quieter then milton keynes one.
Good selection of clothes and clean bright store. Staff were helpful and polite.

Shopped here today and have to give credit to the lady that was on shop floor sorting out clothes. Her organisation skills were on point, making it easy to find items in the sale section, she lined all the clothes up so all the same items were hanging together. I wish I'd asked her name but she was Black and was wearing brown I think.

Nice, clean store, great sale, however items on sale all mixed up, could be better promoted if categorised by size. Tills and fitting room had big queues moving slowly.

Poor experience - last piece on manikin, wanted it for my sons Xmas play, would have been perfect, but got refused without a proper explanation, just didn?t make sense, left all other items, H&M is off my list, & give the Bangladeshis a payrise you tight gits!!!
