Fault a front tyre on high kerb. Wrecked the tyre, needed replacement. Have one of the ridiculous cars that now don't have a spare. Needed to have a call out, managed to get one same day even when they were short staffed.
Chap who came was very polite and efficient, even though it was a tight squeeze to get his large van into our access road at rear of house.
Can't thank them enough, great job guys.

Really friendly guys that run the garage. Went in spontaneously with a nail in my tyre & they didn?t rip me off saying I needed a new tyre they just fixed it for me. Thank you so much!

Went over a pothole on a country road between Rushden and Bedford. Contacted their office and they sent an engineer with a replacement within 30 minutes at a third of the price of other people we rang. The gentleman that turned up was lovely, did the job incredibly quickly and thoroughly and had us on our way within an hour of the actual puncture. Thank you so much.

I had a fault with my radiator where no heat nor cold air was coming out. The problem got worse where no air was coming out the vent at all.As a young person, I'm conscious with how much this would be cost to repair and expressed this to Gary, who handled my issue with much professionalism and integrity. He called me up after a diagnosis and patiently went through different options and wanted to ensure I was 100% happy with the cost before committing and assured me that if something else occured which could see the price go up, he would speak to me about it first.My car was taken in for the entire day and my car was fixed and on the road. I cannot express how happy I am to Gary and the team. They even put a new fuse in for my radio with no added cost! I am so happy with the service that I will be returning for the future. I want to thank the team at HiQ for your hard work and care taken to get my car safely back onto the roads.

I have a Vauxhall Vivaro van that had an issue with the ABS system, I took this to the local garage in my area and they had the van for two years and couldn?t fix the issue. £500 later I took the van to another garage who then had the van for a further 9 months and couldn?t fix the issue. When I thought all hope was lost I heard good things about HiQ Rushden so thought I would give it ago. After dropping the van off to the warm welcoming team, I had a phone call 4 hours later saying they had diagnosed and repaired the issue and had given the van a fresh MOT!I?m over the moon with the customer service I received and cannot get over how highly trained the team is. Almost three years without my workhorse they had it fixed.I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.Thanks again.

Really good service. I went in for an exhaust mount to be replaced and found 3 tyres were badly worn. I asked for all 4 to be changed, engine mount and while they had time to change the head light bulb. Price was really competitive. Very nice attitude and friendly.

I took the car to them for inspection. The day before I picked up the car, the mechanic replaced my sump because it had an oil leak before. After the inspection, they again wrote that there was an oil leak because everything had been cleaned and apparently they thought I had wiped it because oil was still leaking. Incorrect attitude and I would not visit this service again.
