I had an unfortunate experience purchasing a pair of Grenson Boots from another online retailer, and James and the team at Grenson really went the distance to help out and get me a new pair of boots. I really appreciated all the effort they put in and I purchased a replacement pair from Grenson. The quality was so good, I then even bought another pair! Thank you, I'm really happy with my new boots :)

Grenson Nanette lace eyelet broke during normal use.Grenson claimed it was unfix-able, essentially making the pair of boots unusable. Offered a small discount off a new, full priced pair of boots.Took the boots to a local cobbler who fixed the problem.Unacceptable quality and servicing for what is marketed as a premium boot.

Extremely disappointing customer service.Edit: perhaps it was this review, perhaps my husband didn't communicate clearly enough with the customer service team, but regardless of these factors, Grenson has refunded the money for the faulty shoes. Hence they've moved up two stars.My husband purchased his second pair of Grenson shoes and after a few days of usage, the soles began to wear off. Grenson claims there's nothing wrong with the pair and suggested my husband visit a podiatrist to evaluate his gait. The doctor found nothing wrong, yet Grenson refuses to take responsibility for the faulty shoes. Grenson also refused to pay for the return postage and threatened to dispose off his shoes which they ultimately did within two weeks of sending the threatening email.

I bought a pair of Sneaker 22 In The Grenson sale.I had an issue with the back of the right shoe that resulted in a huge blister.I contacted Grenson who asked me to return them (FREE).I received an e-mail to say that there indeed was a fault and that they would refund me without question.Lovely friendly customer service from the Ladies.I bought a Hamilton snuff suede loafer and they are gorgeous.Well done to all at Grenson.
