“because when you buy a car from them and only have the car for 4 months when the oil pump went on it and then to be told would have to have a new cambelt aswell. I thought because I had warranty with it and I extended it for a cost of £530 pounds this would easily cover the whole job to be done under warranty. but how wrong could I have been because I then get told I had to pay £800 pounds towards the the job to be carried out. I wasn't happy about that for one bit so I managed to get croyland car megastore to pay half of the £800 but I still feel that I shouldn't of paid anything. I went to pick up the car today and when I got there I told a staff member that I wasn't happy about paying half of the £800 and I said to the gentleman I spoke with about me buying a few cars from you and my daughter and my son in-law have had a few cars. he then makes a phone call but no one answered so he said he would go and have a word but I never saw him again. then a lady out from her office with the keys and the machine to pay for the work. After I Paid for it she left with out even taking me to show me where the car was I had to go outside and search around the yard to I found it.i will definitely not buying any more car's from here”

“Went in store to get a photo cake.Forgot to take the lead for my phone but no worries, the lady at the services had one for me to borrow, brilliant.Went to bakery where I asked an assistant if she knew how to operate the machine she said no but she would get someone who did. Brilliant.Another assistant came to help but couldn’t get the machine to work, she called for help & finally, I got the cake with photo on it.ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT SERVICETHANK YOU LADIES AT RUSHDEN STORE.”
