Use few cafes in the area including Costa at Rushden lakes, friendly staff, interactive and good service. always thought some of the food a bit pricey but all costa's are. Only my opinion of course.

I usually go to Starbucks, but thought I would try Costa for a change. I popped in to pick up an order I had placed online for me and my partner as a treat, as we had been working in a freezing cold warehouse all morning and would be something nice to help warm us up. I ordered two gingerbread lattes. When I arrived at store the two girls behind the counter looked incredibly miserable and as if they did not even want to be there. I got my coffees home or what I expected to be coffees to find out one of the girls had forgotten to put coffee in my latte?which I then had to add myself. If I wanted to make coffee at home I wouldn?t have ordered from Costa?bit bad when you?re missing the key ingredient. I definitely will not be returning and will stick with Starbucks in the future. Thanks.

Always get service at Rushden branch however seems the cake section always almost empty.

No, I don't understand why these Costa employees are unhappy. They are both unhappy and not doing their job properly. The ladies on duty on Saturday morning didn't do anything we asked for properly. You are truly disappointed Rushden Costa.

I watched the waitress clear 3 tables of dishes & she didn't clean/sanitize the table for the next customer. (During Covid)

The cafe is a brilliant place to go for a nice drink including some other things to have while your in there. The cafe is amazing with the style of it & how much room there is including on some lovely seats. I find it very good & at least there are toilet's in the cafe

This store is badly managed, and has a high turn over of staff. Staff are expected to work everything only after 14 days without proper training otherwise they get fired! Awful working environment for staff.

Seating area is very dark. The seating is also very grubby, seats stained and armrests dirty. I won't be eating in again

Staff are always happy, chatty, cheerful and helpful, the place is always clean and tidy and they know how to make a good coffee!
