Little note for those who are unsure of what a carwash does in these reviews: Their job is not to tidy your clutter and get rid of your trash. They clean your car, it's in the name! £10 for an exterior car wash and it's not even fully cleaned properly. Still dirt marks that I've had to clean off myself after only just paying for it to be cleaned.

The quickest car wash I've ever been to. They cleaned the car but their heart and soul wasn't in it. It resulted in suds being left on the car and uncleaned areas inside the car. Nice bunch of people but if they keep this attitude then customers won't return.

Really good service from these guys. With so many car washes around, it's difficult to know where to go, but these guys really clean the cars well, they take their time, and I never get home and think "oh I'll need to do that bit myself". BUT most importantly, they use clean cloths. I've lost count of the number of places I've tried who use the same old cloth for every car, even after it's been dropped on the floor!. So if you're wondering where to go to get your cars washed, I can highly recommend these people.

It's ok, I just feel I'm not getting value for money with these hand carwash places. They all do the same really, my car is black so you see all streaks and blemishes after the clean. 20 quid is 20 quid...I'm not saying don't use them but a better job would bring me back to your carwash...or like the old saying 'if you want it done right do it ya self'.

I do not recommend ?They wash quickly and not thoroughly.They leave marks on the windows and on the car.After completion, no one checks how the cleaning looks like.The cost of washing and cleaning the Zafira is £26

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have Used them a few times and never been perfect but today beats it all. The car was still covered in dirt after they washed it, I started trying to clean it better myself as they tried saying it's not finished it needs polishing. Trying to explain it needs to be clean before polishing. They didn't care. When I tried to speak to the boss he told me to pay and leave. Very rude staff would never use them again.Services: Polishing

So, we enter the queue for the exterior wash. They put soap, rinse and then when it came to the jet wash, they kept it so close to the car that it bent our filler cap (the thing you open to fill up your car with gas) and it obviously fell out. When that happened they didn?t even tell us and tried to do a quick fix so that when it did fall again, it would?ve been our fault. When we realised what was happening, we exited the vehicle and saw what was going on. We kept the cover inside while we were redirected to the interior wash. There we tried to fix it ourselves and told them its broken and bent, one of the workers then proceeded to gaslight me and contradict me, then they told us to park nearby so someone would come see us. We waited for 10 minutes and no one came, we then decided to just leave. No apology, no attempt for a real fix, no refund. Awful customer service, would not recommend.
