Can't make contact with this company at all. Ordered online, have taken my money and heard nothing for over 2 weeks. Have rang on 4 separate days no answer on the phone. Emailed twice. No response. Will have to show up in person with my baby as soon as I have a day to sort this out! Really disappointed

Shocking service!!!Having waited several weeks for a delivery date, and spending hours trying to reach someone in branch, my delivery was finally scheduled to take place today.I took the day off work to take delivery, which never arrived and unsurprisingly I'm also not able to reach anyone in branch to find out what's going on.Will never use Buildbase again!

Picked up 2 wooden joists, the van I had was only just to small for them to fit in, the chaps who worked there just said with no help at all have fun with that and buggered off leaving me scratching my head, then another chap came by and helped me load them considering they were 4.2 metres long and more awkward than anything, just goes to show you there are still some ppl about willing to help ya
