No communication that appointments were running over half an hour late but plenty of time for colleagues to stand talking. Ended up cancelling and rebooking to enable enough time to choose glasses

Shocking service from Contact Lens Reward Scheme, last spoke to Ali who was as good as useless. I?ve been trying to sort out where my lenses are for a few weeks now. I asked for a call back from a Manager and was told I would get a call in 3 days by Adam. Still waiting for that call. I?ve rang again today and was told by Adam that ?he would try to get back to me?. Since none of the calls actually get returned I?m thinking of cancelling my plan. I?ve been using Boots for as long as I?ve needed lens (40 years) and the customer service has never been so bad. Is there anyone on the team who actually cares?????? I can?t get hold of anyone at Boots Opticians Rushton Lakes as no one picks up the phone.

The optician I was due to see had called in sick but arrangements were quickly made for a replacement to attend. His name was Vinod and he filled me with confidence throughout. Terri then handled my search for new glasses with professionalism and good humour.

I found everyone to be polite, professional and friendly. Each step of the pre test and eye test was explained to me. The optician was very thorough with my eye test and talked me throufh the 3D scan. I found the whole experience very positive
