I went in there just for a milkshake and the lady behind the counter was sweet, service was quick and straightforward, she even got the door for me as i have broken my arm which i thought was very nice :)

My wife and I, visit this branch, every week, once we've finished our grocery shopping. There are other outlets for coffee in Higham Ferrers, but we love coming here, the staff are always, warm, attentive and friendly, plus the coffee is really good! Lovely atmosphere, bright and cheery! Would love to see, better food options though!
Would like to add, the, reward scheme at Bewitched is amazing, probably one of the best out there, I'm saying this, because I don't believe, others coffee establishments, would be this generous!!! Very very good, for loyal customers!

Best coffee around and a really welcoming and helpful staff team. I visit this place A LOT! The only downside is the limited food offering; especially if you're veggie/vegan. I've fed this back to regional managers but no improvement so far!

We really like this Bewitched as it's in an old commercial garage. Loads of character in Higham high street, coffee and hot chocolate are really good. Big recommend

I use higham ferrers be bewitched every day and the staff .( Aga. halle .Chloe . Calum Maddie ) And all the rest . forgot names .sorry but the staff are wonderful

The staff today( Hallie..and blossom ( sorry the name is wrong ) are excellent they are very helpful and they look after you .they are very pleasant and greet you with a big smile and a hello how are you ..they make you feel at home. I always love going into bewitched higham ferrers every day .

Mates date at this cute cafe in Higham. Lovely atmosphere with very kind and friendly staff. I was served by a chatty girl in glasses who made me a delicious latte and milkshake. I would highly reccomend.
