Saturday morning superheroes! I have been shop training my kids here most Saturdays which doesn't mix with remembering what you also needed to purchase. Staff are very helpful in providing a few distractions to reset the kids.

Shockingly poor service today in Asda. I chose scan and shop for its quickness. I needed authorisation for a product. The only guys on in that area where in quick basket tills.
A young lad just stood there while I waved and waved !!! Nothing when I was finally spotted , I was just grunted at.
Customer service has dropped to an all time low, only 2% of staff are even civil to you these days and a hand full actually have customer service.

Try going to the new cafe menu, waste of time as half the options on the new menu are not even on the till to be able to order, pointless journey to try and get any lunch!! (Asked is this ever going to be updated then to the till - response by worker 'no') in that case then stop advertising false menu now walking away with no lunch for the family as they dont serve the food that they have on their new menu!! Not Happy!! Wouldn't recommend!!

Theft of bags must be high!
Overall just a normal supermarket with generally pleasant staff and mid prices, not as low as Lidl or Aldi but not as high as Tesco or Sainsbury?s but you are made to feel like a criminal when you reach the self pay tills with every staff member carrying around the bags like they are worth £1m each, I?ve even had staff scan them in for me like I?m gong to steal a bag, it?s the one thing that puts me off coming in and pushes me to use other less judgemental retailers

Very good, helpful staff, good food, easy access, decent car park, my go to shopping spot, this asda is the perfect everyday shop highly recommend. ????

Customer service desk was very rude and unhelpful. Jo working on the desk at the time was very dismissive and unhelpful to both us and the man in front of us. Staff definitely need retraining if this is the attitude they have.

Local supermarket with reasonable prices

Good store for the most part, however throughout October 2024 most of the pumpkins in the entrance looked like they had been through their own Friday the 13th, some were disintegrating well before halloween and left for days after growing mould, others looked like they had been curb stomped, was difficult to find an unaffected pumpkin.

I picked up an item priced at £1.69 it was £2.10 at the till.
I said hey to a staff member, and let them know I?m not too fussed but I thought id let you know this is priced incorrectly.
I got almost no reaction.
No matter where you work, show some care for the work you do, people will appreciate it.
I?ve checked the price a few days later and this still hasn?t been changed.
