Recently had to move and was lucky enough to have Sandra to help me through the process! During viewings she would be incredibly kind and informative, and during my application process she was very patient and sweet with me and answered any and all questions I had, which helped massively when dealing with the stress and anxiety of moving. Could not recommend this agency enough! The process of applying for the property, referencing and receiving our contracts was incredibly smooth. Though I have had no dealings with the estate agents themselves, the sales progression manager Jessica Roberts has probably been the most helpful and cheery person I've met in my life. Always happy to accommodate any and all requests as though it was an issue that was personal to her. I could not have a better individual deal with my queries the way Jess has. Your move, keep a hold of Jess, she's those rare gems you can't stand to lose !
