Huge thanks to everyone at Your Move. We chose Your Move in May 2023 after having a disappointing experience with another estate agency. Miranda the Manager from the Wellingborough Road office in Northampton dealt with the sale. The whole team Miranda, Codie and Jessica were professional and very helpful. With excellent marketing and presentation, within 4-5 viewings and a month a sale was agreed for our property. There was continuous engagement and communication with follow up until the sale was finished and contract was signed.I would strongly recommend them for their professionalism and care.All the team at Your Move has been amazing. I chose Your Move because I liked Miranda. In contrast to some other estate agents I felt she was genuine, honest and interested in what was right for me in the sale of my house. I was really keen that my house went to people that were going to love it as much as me and am really pleased that it went to a lovely young couple.I had a lot of dealings with Rachel throughout the process and she was friendly, helpful and kept me informed the whole time. If I had any queries she was on to it straight away and she was great at sharing information between me and my buyers.Everyone I encountered in the office had a positive upbeat attitude and I felt as though nothing was too much trouble for them.I would definitely recommend Abington Your Move.

We put our house on the market with Your Move in April 2023. Miranda the Manager from the Wellingborough Road office in Northampton came to visit us.The following week they held a full day of viewings, 15 in total I believe. Had four offers. We decided to accept an offer from a young couple from our of the area. Things were progressing nicely until we were due to exchange. But the day before, for no known reason they decided to pull out. We were devastated. We didn't want to lose the house we were buying as we are moving away.Miranda visited us and assured us she get new buyers.The next day she got viewing lined up and another couple viewed and fell in love with our house. We had to reduce the price slightly but we didn't want to lose our new house.Four weeks later and we have now exchanged contract and are due to move next Friday.Rachel the Sales Progress Manager has been amazing and in constant touch with us.All the team at Your Move has been amazing. Excellent service and transparent information. Staff are polite, helpful and very reasonable. I have sold a house and rented one out with YM and they have been pleasant to work with in each event. From the POV of a customer, they are very good to work with and I highly recommend them.

I was absolutely thrilled and impressed with Codie's efficiency and helpfulness. She was quick to respond to any queries we had, and acknowledged our responses, and attachment of documents required immediately. Very friendly, and obviously suited to customer relations.

I was so pleased with the way Rachel and Miranda kept me in mind whenever suitable properties came up. They had a "can-do" attitude to special requirements that was in such contrast to many other agents. I shall certainly make them my first choice when I am back in the market for rentals!

My girlfriend was moving in with me and out of her flat, managed by Your Move. She still had all of her furniture to sell, and Rachel really went out of her way to help out by making her other clients aware of what we were trying to sell. This was a massive help, as otherwise we might have been a bit stuck! Rachel didn?t have to do this, but her support was greatly appreciated!

I was approached by Miranda after my sell went through with another agency. I loved her energy and decided to sign up the contract with Your Move. It was the best decision ever, they sold my apartment for more money than the asking price within 1.5 month of signing the contract (it was January, which is not the best month). Overall the experience has been amazing, Your Move staff were always responsive, picking up the phones and calling me back. I was being informed about the situation during the whole sale process. Definitely recommend.
