Very disappointing and won't be returning, we went to the shop to order and collect some how food was cold and chicken was cold chips was cold and sticky, salad seemed like it had been sitting around for a bit

Never had an issue with these guys, chicken always juicy and tasty, chips never soggy and nice chilli sauce, I think they get a bad rap for no reason.

Order home delivery- food was terrible., breading to salty and chicken so small you can see any. How you can sell anything so bag quality?! And don?t feel bad for your service and they charge you for service as well for this service you shoud give back mony because you don?t deserve never again i will order from your place!

The guy is very stingy and put little amount of sauce on food I ask him to add more he trying to charge me £1. The food is always cold and the wings smell of Cigarettes. If you ever go just know ur going to get I?ll. they don?t wash their hands when making food. One time I saw him cough on his hand and prepare food.

Horrible customer service. The guy working there spoke to me in such a rude manner. There were other customers in the shop as well as me. He packed their food in bags and passed it to them and with my order, he did not even give a bag. I asked for a bag as the food was hot and I did not want to carry it with my bare hands. The man chucked the bag to me and I had to pack it myself.I would not even give it once star as the customer service was disgusting and appalling. Would not recommend at all.
