Really nice staff, always helpful and show you stuff stored away behind locked cases. Really good low prices if you are buying - bought a 'new' iphone from them much cheaper than CEX. Came with apple care too! But if you are selling/exchanging unfortunately nowhere near competitive with CEX for electronical stuff. Shame.
