I paid for the parking and did not receive the ticket because there is no paper in the machine. I didn't receive a food voucher and I couldn't take a shower. this is very wild of you

Good range of places to eat at expected prices. Toilets were clean, although a little smelly. The real sting in the tail was the £20 yes £20 charge for parking when we went over the 2 hour limit ? Scandalous. I was aware that there was a charge after the 2 hours but £20, come on!

I would like to say a massive thank you to Jane at WHSmiths at the Northampton North Bound Services. Jane went above and beyond to help me on Sunday the 13th of October 2024 after my car caught fire on the M1 and was dropped off at the services by the recovery driver.
I went to WHSmiths to ask for a piece of cardboard and a marker pen so I could make a sign to help me hitch a ride back home.
Jane had seen my sign and I explained my situation. I went off to try and hitch a ride. Jane then came to find me and said that here are the train times to Leeds and I will take you to the station if you want. I took Jane up on her offer and made it in time for the next train. Jane if you do get to read this. Once again thank you so much again for your help on Sunday and taking time out of your day to help me. The world definitely needs more people like you.

I met Caroline 6am, she was professional and friendly. Great customer service, just what you need when starting your day... I would recommend it and I will be back when in the area...

Nice friendly staff and helpful. Shower same as toilets are pretty clean compared to other services.
