Prescription was sent to them by Dr as it's the nearest one, at the time, as mine might be closed by time I got there. I waited for a considerable amount of time. A lady who's a regular came in after me, stood chatting with staff,,and got her prescription dispensed before me.

The service at the pharmacy has deteriorated so much over the last 6 months. I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years and been very satisfied. However these days it takes over 30 minutes sometimes to get seen. You walk in and you are totally ignored for 20 to 30 mins with no apology. Prescriptions get sent to the pharmacy and they take over a week to process. This is getting ridiculous. Time to find another pharmacy.

Pharmacy has long queues, no stock and understaffed, found a much better chemist down on semilong road. Avoid at all costs.

Told me to get out the store because of my Assistance dog isnt allowed in the store "to protect other customers"Then asked for paperwork to prove he's an assistance dog . When I said there arnt any papers or registration he said there was and I said it's against the law to deny access he started arguing saying it isn't cause it's a public store dogs arnt allowed in I told him to look up the ADUK site and he wouldn't

my prescription cost me £28.50. while waiting the chemist asked a chap if he paid for prescription, the chap replied no english so he just handed it over to him!!!!! he even called him back and gave him something else so it was more than one. not the first time either. then he had the cheek to say i can pay 3 monthly or yearly, no next time im going to reply no english and get it free!!!

Disgusting service.Every single month when I request my repeat prescription, I seem to have a problem with the pharmacy.It seems to be a different problem every time.I had ordered my prescription and had to travel to the pharmacy to check if it was ready because they were not picking up their phones. I was then told that it wasn?t ready and that I needed to come back another day but she couldn?t tell me when. I informed them that I haven?t been receiving any text messages and that there must be an error and that I don?t have the time to keep coming back and forth to check. The woman didn?t understand and simply sent me on my way.Today, I called up after being hung up on and a rude lady picked up the phone. She told me that my prescription wasn?t ready and I mentioned that it had been way over a week. She told me that I would receive a text message when it was ready so I had to explain that I hadn?t ever been sent a text message before. She then told me that she will scan my prescription and send me a message. Guess what? it came through right away.So you?re telling me that my prescription isn?t ready yet you had it right in front of you to scan?I asked her why I hadn?t been sent a text message before and she said that it wasn?t her problem and that she didn?t work in that branch. This is untrue as I have spoken to her many times.Goodness, if I could give this place minus stars then I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I know I will be from now on.

Never know a place like it half prescription delivered went round to get the rest waited 30 mins to get served to be told nothing else here went to doctors told me they sent all prescriptions so back to chemist after another hr finally got the rest they haven't got a clue what they are doing now moving to another chemist

Absolutely shocking service everytime I have visited in the past 6 months. Prescriptions not ready after leaving them in 3 weeks in advance, being ignored for at least 15 minutes at a time and staff having a blazing row in front of customers.Stay clear!

Good, but don't pre prepare prescriptions. Often short staffed, long time waiting in line.
