Waitrose is always among the best grocery shopping experience and the Kingsthorpe branch is no exception.

Nice and clean store as always. Good deals on plants and fruits. Love the fact that they have a huge variety of brands to choose from, and the wine range is diverse and, most of the time, on sale/deals.The staff was welcoming and helpful, making our short queue enjoyable.There are plenty of car park spaces, and most of the time, you find a spot. Definitely recommend this store chain ?

Click & Collect service for groceries is unbelievably frustrating. No one ever answer the phone when I?m at the collection point. When I go to reception, the staff is lost, they always send me to use the machine despite the machine being for John Lewis only. The order is never ready for collection, I always have to wait to be picked up. Items missing, delivery driver picked up wrong crate, it?s the new colleague etc. are always used as excuses. Most of the time I am asked to carry the crates to the car, sometimes not even being on wheels. Terrible service from this point of view.

Waitrose supermarket. Has got. Good quality food and a good selection bit is far.to expensive they need to bring there prices down. Because of the cost of living crisis

We will get a wide range of items in every section. Compared to other stores ambiance and atmosphere is far better.everything you needed will be available there.
